Our accounts are externally and independently audited and are produced to SORP Standards (the Statement of Recommended Practice, Accounting, and Reporting by Charities).

• We are compliant with the Charities Governance Code issued by the Charities Regulator.

The Trustees carry the full governance responsibility for the organisation.
By law, charity Trustees have individual and joint responsibility for what happens within their charity. This means that if the charity does not meet its legal duties, Trustees are responsible both as individuals and together as a board, committee, council or other core group (referred to in this Code as the ‘board’). The Board delegates day to day management responsibility to the Executive Director who reports directly to the Board through the Chair.
